NAPLES, Fla. (August 18, 2026) — Vertical construction is now complete on The Club at Mediterra's new Sports and Lifestyle Center. The latest milestone marks continued progress on the multi-phase project, which has advanced from initial site work through steel framing and the beginning phases of roof installation. At the Sports and Lifestyle Center, roofing crews have completed the peel-and-stick underlayment ahead of tile installation, which is expected in the coming weeks. Interior work has shifted to plumbing, electrical, fire sprinkler and duct systems, laying the infrastructure that will support the finished facility and its expanded amenities.
